Refund Eligibility
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
Refund Request Timeline
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Refund Review
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Supporting evidence such as photographs may be required.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept refunds for:
- Used products
- Washed products
- Worn undergarments
- Products damaged after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval.
