Exchange Eligibility

Products may qualify for exchange if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The size received differs from the size ordered.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must remain in original packaging.
  • Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene reasons, used intimate wear and undergarments cannot be exchanged.
