Exchange Eligibility
Products may qualify for exchange if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The size received differs from the size ordered.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must remain in original packaging.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene reasons, used intimate wear and undergarments cannot be exchanged.
